350 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 350 platform. By registering for or using any 350 service, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 350 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 350 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your country or region of residence.
350 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
2. Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of services on the 350 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration may result in account termination without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and any existing balances being forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 350 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. - Password must be at least eight characters long.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 350 platform are required to use its services in a responsible, ethical manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the 350 platform's systems in any form.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Spreading false or misleading information that may damage the reputation of the platform or other users.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent termination, as well as forfeiture of account balance where the violation involves fraud or illegal activity.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly and no currency conversion is carried out by the platform. This ensures full transparency across all deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Malaysian eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as bank transfers via FPX. All deposits are subject to the minimum limits set and will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or eWallet that has been registered and verified in the name of the same account holder. 350 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Deposit processing time: a few minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the payment method.
- Withdrawal processing time: typically within one to three business days.
- Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- 350 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 350 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors. 350 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
In any event, 350's maximum total liability to a user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, a request by the user themselves, or legal compliance requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 350 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 350 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 350.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
The 350 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 350 is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any such third-party websites or services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
